Whenever a Survivor dies, you earn 1 Token. For each Token, within 20/22/24m, the Killer cannot see your Aura. When all other Survivors are dead: You repair 75% faster. You open Exit Gates and the Hatch 50% faster. When the trial starts, you are more likely to be the Obsession.
