There is nothing stopping you. Your ferocious tenacity in dire situations allows you to, while in the dying state, have 50% Haste and gain recovery progress while crawling. While you are in the dying state, your aura cannot be read by the Killer and Grunts of pain are reduced by 75%. Haste increases Survivor movement speed.
